After School

Hancock Day School offers a rich selection of after-school programs designed to support working families, nurture student interests, and inspire creativity. From daily Extended Care to specialty enrichment programs, our afternoons are filled with opportunities to grow, explore, and shine.

Our after-school offerings provide a safe, structured, and engaging environment for Hancock students. Families can choose from daily Extended Care, academic tutoring, and rotating enrichment programs like dance, robotics, and creative exploration. Whether students want to finish homework, get moving, or try something new, there’s a place for them here.

Extended Care Registration

Please complete one form per student to enroll in the Monthly Extended Care Program. This form only needs to be submitted once per year. For changes to your enrollment, please contact Heidi Zoll at hzoll@hancockdayschool.org.

Program Options:

  • Monthly Enrollment: $210/student (billed on the 1st of each month)
  • Drop-in Care: $20/student (billed retroactively on the 1st of each month)

Pick-Up: PreK-8th grade sign-out will be in front of the Primary Building.

Billing: Your FACTS account must be set to ‘Auto Pay’ for Extended Care.

Extended Day Rates 2026-2027Late Fee Notice: A late fee of $5.00 per minute, per student will be charged after 5:30 PM.

Tutoring & Academic Support

Individual and small-group tutoring is available for students needing additional support or enrichment. Led by Hancock teachers, tutoring sessions reinforce classroom learning, boost confidence, and support long-term academic success.
