Extended Day Care

Hancock families who wish to enroll their children in our monthly Extended Day Care Program must complete the registration form below. A separate form is required for each student. This form only needs to be completed once per school year.

Please complete one form per student to enroll in the Monthly Extended Care Program. This form only needs to be submitted once per year. For changes to your enrollment, please contact Heidi Zoll at extendedcare@hancockdayschool.org.

Program Options:

  • Monthly Enrollment: $190/student (billed on the 1st of each month)
  • Drop-in Care: $20/student (billed retroactively on the 1st of each month)

Pick-Up: PreK-8th grade sign-out will be in front of the Primary Building.

Billing: Your FACTS account must be set to ‘Auto Pay’ for Extended Care.

Extended Day Options

(Available Until 5:30 PM)

Late Fee Notice: A late fee of $5.00 per minute, per student will be charged after 5:30 PM.

  1. Monthly Enrollment – $190 per student
    • Recommended for families who require daily or frequent after-school care.
    • Each student must be registered separately using this form.
  2. Drop-in – $20 per student
    • For students who need after-school care on an occasional basis.
    • Drop-in requests can be made via the carpool form.

Billing Information

All Extended Day charges will be processed through your FACTS incidentals account, which must be set to Auto Pay.

  • Monthly Enrollment: Billed in advance on the 1st of each month.
  • Drop-in Fees: Billed retroactively on the 1st of the following month.
